One Hit Wonder Return Policy

We are completely dedicated to your health, pleasure and satisfaction. Our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Please check your shipment upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged during shipping.
All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Please contact us at support@highpoon.com during that time and we will resolve the issue.
To ensure your satisfaction with our products we offer a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee on your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@highpoon.com within the 14-day time period. You will be responsible for returning the unused portion of the product to us. Upon receipt of the returned product we will refund your purchase price (less shipping expenses and any prorations for product consumption) to your original form of payment.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@highpoon.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
VELVETSHIP RETURN POLICY
Applies to any non-One Hit Wonder bundled products

When you receives your package, promptly check all the items to make sure the items are working. We are happy to provide account credit or replace items found to be DEFECTIVE. Due to the nature and usage of Adult Products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and the warehouses do not accept returns.
You must contact us within the first 30 days when you have received a defective or incorrect item and are requesting either a refund or replacement. We will enter the information into your order so that your product issue can be handled smoothly.
Please send include the order number, the product name/SKU, and a detailed description of the issue and/or photos to returns@velvetship.app.
Occasionally, manufacturers will have a requirement to receive defective items back. In the event an item needs to be sent in, we will notify you and ask that you include the following in your return package:
- The packing slip
- A note telling us what the problem was
- A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.
- If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!
We have tens of thousands of products on our site. Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will not issue a refund for a product without measurements, due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements, including size, before placing your order. In the event a product does not match its description, please contact us at returns@velvetship.app with details and photos. The same is true for color as different monitors display colors according to user settings.
Finally, manufacturers may change packaging styles before they update our images. The product is exactly as described, but the packing may look different. These are not cause for return/credit.
